SINGLE ORIGIN

It is coffee that is sourced from one single producer, crop, and/or region in one country. Furthermore, single farm and/or single estate mean that such coffee is sourced from one farm, mill or co-operative.

You will note, the Viera Coffee Co. coffee labels will include, as applicable, the country, region, producer, variety of the coffee, its process, and if it is a micro-lot (special lots of coffee, selected for their high quality and unique flavour profiles).

An important aspect of single origin coffee is its traceability. In other words, you know precisely where the coffee is from.
